OnSite Impression Kits are all delivered to a single address.

When this option is selected, a single box containing all the ordered impression kits are mailed to a single address.

This is best for teams that can gather at the arena/individual location and complete the impression process together. 

Individual Impression Kits are delivered to athlete's home.

When this option is selected, athletes will conduct the impression process on their own with our provide written and video instructions.

This is best for when teams are unable to gather in a single location in time for the season.

This option allows teams to use their preferred dentist to take intra-oral scans of athletes and have the scan sent to our lab for processing.

When this option is selected, the TruFIT team will coordinate with your team dentist to receive the athlete's scans.
