NO! The impression process is not suitable for individuals with braces. YOU WILL GET STUCK! TRUFIT is not responsible for individuals who get their braces stuck in the impression putty. If this happens, please contact your orthodontist asap. If you have braces, we can still make a custom-fit sports mouthguard from an intraoral scan taken by your dentist or orthodontist. However, we are the perfect after-braces solution.

Shipping is currently available only to the U.S. and Canada.

Standard shipping within the U.S. and Canada takes about 2 to 5 business days each way: once for the impression kit to reach you, once for your impressions to come back to us, and once for your finished custom-fit product to reach you. You can also upgrade to expedited shipping for an additional cost at checkout.

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Yes, but only if production hasn’t started yet. If you need to make a change or cancel, please contact us (support@trufitcustoms.com) within 24 hours of placing your order, and our team will be happy to help.

For new customers, plan on about 2 to 4 weeks from order to delivery with standard shipping: about 2 to 5 business days for the impression kit to reach you, 2 to 5 business days for your impressions to come back to us, 4 to 6 business days to make your custom-fit product, and 2 to 5 business days to ship it to you. Returning customers with a scan on file skip the kit and usually receive their product in about 2 weeks.

Yes, with a digital scan. Our at-home impression putty is not safe with braces because it can stick to and damage brackets, so never use an impression kit while wearing braces. Instead, ask your dentist or orthodontist for an intraoral scan and email the STL file to support@trufitcustoms.com, and we will make your custom-fit sports mouthguard from it. Because teeth move during treatment, plan on a new scan and guard every 4 to 6 months.

New Customer Bundle
If you are a new customer, your bundle includes:
1 Impression Kit
1 Custom Mouthguard
1 Protective Case
Each bundle is designed for one athlete only. The impression kit is used to create a fully custom-fit mouthguard based on your teeth, ensuring maximum protection and comfort.
Important: One impression kit can only be used for one person and cannot be used for two people.
Returning Customer Bundle
If you are a returning customer, your bundle includes:
1 Custom Mouthguard
1 Protective Case
Since your impression is already on file, there is no need for a new impression kit unless your teeth have changed or a new scan is required.
Important Case Policy
Each order includes one (1) case per order, not per mouthguard.
If additional mouthguards are added to your order, please note:
Additional mouthguards do not include extra cases
Only 1 case is provided per order
If you need extra cases, they must be purchased separately.
Reminder
Our bundles are structured for individual athletes only. If multiple athletes need mouthguards, each athlete must have their own separate bundle to ensure proper fit and protection.
